Dave is an Associate Building Services Engineer with Hydrock. He has a well-rounded background with expertise in delivering mixed use and commercial led developments. His practical experience of coordination and buildability facilitates simple, effective and maintainable systems to supplement all the positive impacts that can be obtained from the natural performance of a building.

Dave aims to deliver contemporary mechanical and electrical engineering design that is simple to use, energy efficient and delivers value from building services.

Matthew is a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer in Arup's Cardiff Office. Joining Arup as a graduate in 2008 he has since led and contributed to many of the new generation of landmark offices built and under construction across Cardiff and wider regions. He now leads multi-disciplinary teams on some of Cardiff's current live Commercial Office construction projects, such as 2 Central Square.
