In 2013 the BCO Conference will be held in one of Europe’s most vibrant, cultural and dynamic capitals; Madrid.

It is undeniable that the Spanish economy is currently facing a number of challenges and is likely to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. This year’s BCO Conference will allow delegates to learn how these challenges are being dealt with by the local developers, designers, banks and office occupiers.

We have an outstanding programme that includes world class speakers from business and politics, alongside seminars focusing on the key topics affecting our industry today.

Madrid has much to offer the BCO by way of tours. Highlights include stunning contemporary and classical architecture, first rate buildings occupied by some of Europe’s largest companies and inspiring public realm. It will be a huge draw for those who seek to influence and shape the urban environment.

For locals in Madrid life is a combination of work, parties and relaxation. The BCO will emulate this and has secured some fantastic venues for delegates to visit. Our welcome drinks reception on Wednesday night will be held at the historic Casino de Madrid.

On Thursday evening, the conference dinner will be in the stunning Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid, and will include pitch-side pre-dinner drinks. It promises to be a very memorable occasion.
