The live stream from the in person presentation that is taking place in New Bailey, Manchester will look at its journey as a brand-new development in the city centre. Part of the Salford Central masterplan, New Bailey represents an exemplar of mixed-use destinations and sets the scene for future redevelopments in Greater Manchester.

Ahead of COP26, the BCO’s ‘Beyond Net Zero’ webinar series will culminate in an all-day conference in November. The series aims to explore what the industry can and should be doing to go ‘Beyond Net Zero’, and will explore definitions, unpick challenges around embodied carbon, look at value and ask what Beyond Net Zero looks like.
