*POSTPONED* Leading high-end renovation business Berkeley Place, together with Cryer&Coe architects have restored Bristol North Baths which had been abandoned as part of a failed development some years ago.
Description
*POSTPONED* Having been left unused for fifteen years, the Grade II listed Baths have now been transformed into vibrant modern offices.
The ground floor comprises offices and meeting rooms arranged around a central break out space alongside a Pilates and Wellbeing Studio. The first floor is occupied by a leading independent specialist recruitment business and provides offices, break out spaces, meetings rooms and an external roof top terrace.
The recently completed refurbishment has retained the historic fabric of the original building whilst salvaging and repurposing elements of previous construction works.
The linear ridge rooflight brings natural light into the first floor, with glazed floor lights allowing natural daylight to penetrate through to the ground floor where additional windows have also been inserted.
The varying sized offices provide agile working environments for SMEs on the thriving independent Gloucester Road, with shared meeting and break out spaces including the repurposed old ticket booths as places to make a private call.
The tour will be followed by networking and refreshments.
