Join us for a panel discussion about why the benefits of Escaping to the Office are so important for our physical and mental wellbeing, business culture and productivity. The event is hosted at 8 Park Row and following the discussion there will be a building tour of the 35k sq ft Cat A office refurbishment in the heart of Leeds city centre, 2 minutes’ walk from the railway station. The main reception has been re-modelled to include a double-height opening plus a seating area, the upper floors include new WCs, exposed soffits and services, a business lounge with bookable meeting rooms and the Basement level includes shower facilities, bike storage and a fitness suite, Achieving BREEAM Very Good. Project and asset management undertaken by Workman and the fit out works completed by Ardmac.
