At the heart of the city's new Business Quarter, One City Park overlooks the multi-award winning City Park Mirror Pool with popular bars, cafes and restaurants and faces Bradford's impressive Grade 1 listed City Hall.
PwC has signed to be the anchor tenant in One City Park with their Bradford staff relocating to 27,050 sq foot of office space across the top two floors by June 2024, allowing the firm to continue its expansion plans in the city and increasing its workforce to around 500 employees over the next few years. Now only 29,255 sq ft of accommodation remains available to let in the building which was built on the site of the former West Yorkshire Police HQ.
One City Park has been delivered by Muse in partnership with Bradford Metropolitan District Council, with direct support provided by West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership.
