CQ3 was constructed through the pandemic and came to market in the post covid-19 climate. This development, which is now more than 50% let, is a superb example of how the sector can maximise the ‘flight to quality’ and ESG aspirations of occupiers to create an exciting and successful workplace in today’s market.
Harry McConnell, Director at RPP Architects, will provide insight into two completed fitout projects within the building, demonstrating how both the financial and tech sectors can make use of column free, highly flexible floor plates to create space that works for them. Tim Boyle from Belfast Harbour will also be in attendance to give an overview on their experience in working with occupiers in the current market.
