GUEST SPEAKER

Justin Webb is a British journalist and co-presenter on Radio 4's influential Today programme where he interviews the great and the good and those making the day's headlines.
In the US Justin covered all the twists and turns of the 2008 Presidential election which saw a little known Illinois senator become the country’s first black Commander-in-Chief. Justin continues to observe the American political, social and economic climate, assessing the often dramatic events on Capitol Hill, Wall Street and Main Street. As well as becoming a senior member of the White House press pack, he was the first British journalist to be granted a full television interview with President Obama.
Prior to his Washington posting Justin reported from Brussels as the European Correspondent. He has also covered elections in Australia, a coup in the Maldives, the dying days of the Soviet empire, and Mafia trials in Italy. And as well as various overseas postings, he has anchored Breakfast News and The World Tonight.
Justin now spends his mornings grilling British politicians and news-makers on the agenda-setting Radio 4 programme.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation of booking:Bookings are only accepted with full payment in advance. Your place at the conference or table booking at the dinner is not guaranteed until you have received written confirmation from Createvents. If you do not receive written confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on 01183 340085.
Cancellation policy:Unfortunately, due to commitments with the venue we are unable to offer refunds. Substitute delegates are accepted, but their names will need to be submitted to us in writing no later than Thursday, 30 September. Bundle tickets can only be transferred in full.
The BCO are unable to raise invoices in advance for payment but will issue a VAT receipt after payment has been received.
Special dietary requirements: Instructions of how to order will be sent with your wine ordering information. Simply complete and return as instructed on the form. This form must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and it may not be possible to take care of the specific requirements of any guest.
Alterations:It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can, and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.
Event cancellation:If we cancel the function, we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
Loss or Damage:Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
Speaker:The speaker is subject to change as a consequence of illness, accident or other reasons beyond our control. In such a circumstance a suitable replacement will be found.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
