Description

The new study by 3PM, Sheppard Robson, Hoare Lea, Turner & Townsend and Ramboll examines the growth of the science sector and considers the delivery of science space in both new and existing buildings. It outlines some of the challenges and opportunities that are likely to be encountered and provides a roadmap for developers, owners, occupiers, and property professionals to address the current supply and demand needs of the sector.

Specifically, the research seeks to answer questions such as what commercial and laboratory space is needed, degree of flexibility required, design consideration such as structural grid, ventilation, small power, and fire strategy among others as well as setting out cost implications based on various scenarios.

Join us in London to hear from the researchers and learn more about their findings.
