BCO Scotland is delighted to announce its first building tours in Edinburgh since before Covid.
Description
Capital Square, delivered by BAM and Hermes Investment Management in conjunction with Parlison Properties, is a 123,000 sq. ft. development in the Exchange District which has been pre-let in part to Pinsent Masons and Brodies. The building has an impressive landscaped courtyard and garden area and sets some of the highest sustainability standards in the country.
No.2 Freer Street, a brand new 59,554 sq. ft. office space with its magnificent roof terrace and multi-use reception, is an integral part of the New Fountainbridge development by Vastint.
