Description
CEG’s 200,000 sq ft EQ development in the heart of Bristol City Centre broke ground on the main construction in December 2020, becoming the largest speculative office development currently underway in the south of England. EQ is Bristol’s first new build office to commit to deliver Net Zero Carbon in Operation in accordance with the UK Green Building Council’s (UKGBC) framework approach.
