One Newman Street
Located on the northern side of Oxford Street, GPE’s One Newman Street is directly opposite Tottenham Court Road station with a wealth of amenities on the doorstep for all customers. Medici Courtyard
Forming the centre of GPE’s world-class Hanover scheme, Medici Courtyard is home to destination restaurant The Maine, modern coffee house WatchHouse and connects New Bond Street with the revitalised Hanover Square. At 8,400 sq ft Medici Courtyard is one of the first public courtyards to recently open in Mayfair for more than a century. The newly created courtyard is central to Hanover, designed to offer best-in-class urban spaces with prime access to the Elizabethan Line. Hanover’s key customers now include: KKR, Glencore, London Fashion Academy by Jimmy Choo, Canali and Pronovias.

80 Charlotte Street
This mixed-use scheme completed in June 2020 and is comprised mainly of 298,000 sq ft of offices, plus retail and a new public realm park at ground floor. It has been designed by leading architects Make. The offices were fully pre-let following lettings to Arup and The Boston Consulting Group. The tour will be of Arup’s new state-of-the-art space.
