Description
The Featherstone Building is a 126,500 sq ft industrial-inspired workspace with a contemporary finish. Located in the heart of the Old Street district, it will provide 123,600 sq ft of office space and 2,400 sq ft of retail.
Completed in April 2022, it is the latest development from Derwent London and Morris+Company for Old Street. The architects took inspiration from the local area’s industrial heritage with its brick façade, exposed concrete ceilings and generous windows to echo the architecture of Victorian warehouses.
The building achieved Net Zero Carbon construction on completion and the building is supplied with 100% renewable electricity and gas in operation.
