Ralph graduated from Reading University in 1975, joined and became partner at De Groot Collis who were acquired by Chesterton in 1992, leaving to join Atisreal in 2003. He has over 30 years market experience of lettings, acquisitions and development consultancy focused on the West End and Midtown markets. Ralph is an advisor to occupiers within the private and public sectors, with headquarters acquisitions completed for the likes of American Express (Bank and Travel Related Services Divisions), L'Oreal, Yahoo and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Projects delivered for property owners involve delivering marketing strategies and development consultancy on office and mixed use schemes for the likes of Prudential, Corporation of London, Crown Estate and Hutchison Whampoa. Ralph is also working on projects connected to changing methods of procurement within the offices market with particular reference to 'new leasing methods' and the impact on values of new regulations under 'Part L'.
