Midlands
The Midlands Committee of the BCO seeks to ensure that the principles of the BCO are engendered into our regional office markets. The establishment of best practice in design, value and costing are core to these principles but in addition we seek to inform our membership of innovation and future movements in the markets.
Looking ahead it is key to understand how external factors will influence the decisions we need to make now and tomorrow. Only by being fully informed will we be able to increase the quality of offices - and make our external and internal environments of the highest quality.
The Committee encompasses a wide range of disciplines to ensure all facets of the industry are represented. A wide range of seminars and functions are arranged by the Midlands Committee together with building visits - providing in some instances access which is ordinarily unavailable.
The Committee actively welcomes new members and the involvement of its members in the BCO
