The Midlands Committee of the BCO seeks to ensure that the principles of the BCO are engendered into our regional office markets. The establishment of best practice in design, value and costing are core to these principles but in addition we seek to inform our membership of innovation and future movements in the markets.

The Committee encompasses a wide range of disciplines to ensure all facets of the industry are represented. The Committee actively welcomes new members and the involvement of its members in the BCO
WHAT WE GET UP TO
REGIONAL AWARDS
We host an annual Midlands & East Anglia Awards Lunch where the regional winners of the BCO Awards are announced and we celebrate excellence in office space from our region.
TOURS
Our tours enable members to gain insight into how projects were conceived and developed. These are usually combined with a drinks reception which provides members with the opportunity to network. Request a tour.
SEMINARS
Our seminars are aimed at sharing best practice and providing a forum for the discussion and debate of relevant issues. Research is an integral part of the BCO and it sets standards across the office sector in the UK. BCO members also benefit from access to a wide range of research reports on the BCO Research Portal.
