The Northern Region Committee members represent a broad cross section of professionals involved in the development of office accommodation. We aim to promote BCO "Best Practice" in all that we do and encourage others to embrace these principles in their buildings.
Northern Region members actively promote and encourage submissions for the BCO Awards, with the region holding successful annual dinners that celebrate schemes submitted aimed at encouraging future submissions and membership growth. In addition to this successful annual event, Committee Members are also tasked with organising informal group meetings aimed to provide insights into current and future developments within the office market.

Hoare Lea
Ian joined Hoare Lea in 1992, bringing experience gained in the contracting and consulting fields in South Africa and the UK. In 1993 he set up Hoare Lea's Leeds office, becoming the managing partner in 1998.
The office has achieved sustained growth across all major market sectors and has developed into a substantial six figure fee turnover operation. Ian has a keen interest in sustainable office developments and has been a member of the BCO Northern Region judging panel for six years, the last three of which he has been chairman. Ian is also BCOs Regional Chapter Chairman.
