Technical Tour - White Rose Development, Leeds

BCO Northern Chapter invite you to join them on a technical tour of White Rose Office Park, Leeds. This is a well constructed, purpose built office park facility, with over 50 000 sq ft of prime office space. 

The tour will include presentations on development and design issues relating to the White Rose Development and a tour of the office park.

 

Technical Tour - Cleppa Park

BCO South Wales and West Chapter invite you to join them on a tour of Cleppa 4, Newport. An exceptional development at Junction 28 of the M4 motorway, Cleppa Park comprises of 120,000 sq ft office space in five units.

The third in this series of in depth discussions looks at the delivery of buildings with low carbon emissions; emissions from the energy embodied in the materials and products used, together with the energy consumed during construction. In addition we will discuss the communications technology used in the workplace and the energy used over the life of the building. This session will enable delegates to listen, respond and learn about the latest thinking illustrated by research and case studies from professionals in the industry.

BCO is pleased to offer you the opportunity to visit a regional winner of the BCO Refurbished/Recycled Workplace award 2006.

This event will also feature a presentation on the Elphinstone Tower, St Vincent project which is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Scotland.
