BCO Membership Categories Explained
The BCO has a range of membership categories to enable all individuals, whatever their location or size of business, to benefit from the opportunities our membership has to offer.
The BCO invites applications for membership from those involved in creating, acquiring or occupying office space, in both the private and public sectors. Download your 2012-13 Membership Application Form (word download opens in a new window)

The following annual subscription rates will be effective from
1st April 2012 until 31 March 2013 and are subject to UK VAT.
NATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
The first person to join from an organisation will be registered as the Principal Member. The Principal Member registers the organisation with the BCO and allows all further staff to join from the same organisation at the lower price of an 'Individual' member.
PRINCIPAL MEMBERSHIP | £895 |
An individual member based outside London & the SE will still qualify for the Regional Individual rate, of £170, even if the company’s principal member is registered in London.
REGIONAL ORGANISATIONS
Regional members benefit from lower subscription rates than those applied to national members. To qualify an organisation must not have an office in London or the South East of England. For example, a potential new member of the BCO based in Manchester, with a second office in Leeds, would qualify as a new, regional member of the BCO. If that organisation opened an office in London or the South East of England it would, however, need to pay the higher, national rate.

This category is available for all organisations based entirely outside of the UK. The first person to join from an organisation will be registered as the Principal Member.
