The BCO Annual Dinner 2012, at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday 17 January, saw the inaugural presentation of an Award for Outstanding Achievement to the BCO. The trophy was presented to Neil Pennell, Head of Engineering and Sustainability at Land Securities.
