Occupier Satisfaction Index 2009 - request for participants

For the last two years the Occupier Satisfaction Index (OSI) has tracked the satisfaction of UK companies with their landlords. The Index is commissioned by the BCO as part of the Property Industry Alliance with CoreNet Global UK and is carried out by IPD and Kingsley Lipsey Morgan. This Index is a really important opportunity for tenants to express their views about their landlords. We want the views of as wide a spread of our membership to be heard!
BCO supports Charitable Gifts in Leases initiative

An initiative has been launced to encourage landlords and tenants to donate to charity through a voluntary 'charity tax' on leases. The idea is that, on each appropriate letting, a commercial landlor would make a charitable donation which would be matched by the tenant.
