How are the winners chosen?

NextGen members have cast their votes on all of the nominations submitted for the NextGen's Employer of the Year and NextGen's PropTech Company of the Year Awards. Award judges have decided on the shortlists and winners of the Rising Star, Graduate of the Year, and Inspirational Leader of the Year Awards. All winners will be revealed at the Awards evening on 12 November.

Rhys James is a comedian, writer and actor. He is a familiar face on TV, appearing on Mock the Week, Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central, and more. The self-consciously precocious comedian has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe to sell-out audiences and critical acclaim, and his show Forgives was awarded a spot in the Best Reviewed Shows of the Fringe list. He offers up puns and poetry on subjects from lad culture to cats stuck in trees, charmingly teasing his audience.
Rhys has been seen on ITV2’s current affairs sketch show @elevenish. For Radio 4 he’s appeared on Fresh From the Fringe and Don’t Make Me Laugh, as well as his own series, Rhys James is... in which he tackled loneliness and privilege, interviewing people from his childhood who had the most influence on his life.
