Last week, the BCO published new research on the impact of the office-to-residential permitted development right (PDR). As an important issue and debate, the research and analysis revealed within the report proved to be compelling to media.

Publications including the Financial Times, City AM, Property Week and Architects' Journal have written about the BCO's findings, covering the important new insight as a key consideration for the Government as they look to confirm the future of the PDR.
