Description This Year 2 research draws on post occupancy evaluation and Civil Service surveys based on two operational hubs – One Ruskin Square, Croydon and 10 South Colonnade- where relocations have been completed and the hubs are now operational. The report considers lessons learnt and how these can be applied to future hubs as well as providing guidance to private sector organisations considering rationalisation.
