Cash bar opens at 6.30pm

Formal Proceedings end at approx  10.30pm

Cash bar closes at 1am

Early Booking

Tables are allocated in the order in which paid up bookings are received, so please book early. Tables can only be booked by BCO Members.

Guest List & Table Plan

A table plan proforma will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. This form must be completed with your guests’ names and the order of seating as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday 19 December.

Dinner Wines

These can only be booked online. Once you have booked the Grosvenor House will email you, as the host, a personal access code and website link. You can expect to receive this email in the week commencing 10 December 2007.

 

Pre-dinner Hosted Bars

For parties up to 24 guests: £100 + drinks charged on a consumption basis

For parties over 24 and up to 40 guests: £200 + drinks charged on a consumption basis

(There are a limited number of pre-dinner hosted bars available in the Ballroom and areas around the Great Room)
