This report is based on the findings of the interim year 3 analysis and will look at the progress to date of Phase 1 of the Government Hubs Programme amid the challenges presented by the Covid-19 Pandemic. It will discuss the qualitative feedback from some of the Hubs in Phase 1 with a focus on the success of smarter working, embedding resilience, business flexibility, interoperability and realising social value.
