BCO NextGen

Manchester 5k Running Tour
Tuesday 14 June
1530-1630

FORM are teaming up with the BCO for an event with a bit of a difference. The Manchester 5K Running Tour will give you the opportunity to see some of Manchester’s architecture and culture, whilst getting your fitness fix.

The run will start at the award-winning Bloc building. From there you will be taken on a leisurely guided tour through the city stopping at various historical sites including: the Town Hall, John Rylands Library and Manchester Cathedral – which you may recognise from such film sets as Harry Potter and Peaky Blinders.

You will also get a chance to see some of Manchester’s latest developments. Dubbed the ‘fasting growing city Europe has to offer’. The tour will take you to Beetham Tower – once Manchester’s tallest building - and then onto Deansgate Square, which now towers over it!
There will be plenty of other sites to see, including upcoming development hotspots, before heading over to the conference centre for some well-deserved refreshments, in time to cheer in the cyclists as they reach their finish line.

All fitness levels welcome!
