The BCO Awards are the highlight of not only our calendar of events; the awards are among the most sought after in the industry. Regional winners announced at events across the UK come together at the grand finale of this world-class competition in London attended by more than 1,200 property professionals from across the UK.
Sponsoring the BCO Awards provides an unrivalled opportunity to boost brand recognition across the UK’s office sector. By aligning your brand with the most relevant category to your company, you can target the best audience possible.
The BCO offers a range of sponsorship packages to suit your goals. Options include sponsoring a specific regional event or one of our national awards categories.
Within each package, benefits of sponsorship can begin before the event, both online and within awards collateral. During the awards events, opportunities include display space, the showing of advertising videos and logo display. Post event, sponsorship benefits include featuring in follow-up coverage and access to event photography for your own marketing purposes.

Since 1993, AET Flexible Space has been redefining how buildings breathe. What began as a family business distributing the pioneering Hiross Flexible Space system — originally developed to cool data centres in Asia — has evolved into a UK manufacturing success story, leading the future of intelligent, sustainable climate control. AET’s underfloor air conditioning (UfAC) system uses the space beneath a raised floor as a plenum, supplying conditioned air through modular floor-recessed Fantile™ units. Air is returned to the central CAM™ unit, filtered, mixed with fresh air and recirculated — creating a highly efficient, adaptable system without the need for ceiling ductwork. The result is exceptional flexibility, improved comfort and simpler building services integration. Sustainability is embedded in the design. By removing bulky ductwork and overhead services, AET reduces materials, installation time and embodied carbon — delivering up to 18% lower Upfront Carbon and 16% lower Whole-Life Embodied Carbon compared with conventional HVAC systems. Operational energy savings can reach 52% for refrigerant-based systems and 19% for water-based systems. The system also enables more efficient building design. Reduced floor-to-floor heights can save up to £1.7 million in a typical 10-storey scheme, while rapid installation and easy reconfiguration future-proof the workspace. From Hong Kong’s 70-storey The Centre to landmark London refurbishments, AET continues to shape workspaces that are smarter, more flexible and better for the planet.
