Research

Research is our core activity.

Our remit is to develop and communicate best practice, analyse developments in Britain's office market, and stimulate new thinking on the design, development, and occupation of offices across the UK. Every year a regular series of research reports, best practice guides, briefing notes and discussion papers are release and new commissions undertaken.  

This research programme equally supports our public affairs work enabling an evidence based approach in respect of policy development and consultation. This activity is however significantly enhanced by membership consultation and representation.

RESEARCH PORTAL

The BCO is taking a great leap forward with a new web-based information portal. BCO members can log in here to access and search the entire library of BCO research alongside wider industry publications.

Put your research on our portal

All BCO members have the opportunity to become a Trusted Supplier. All you have to do is sign and return the Research Portal - Trusted Supplier Agreement (download opens in a new window) and we will provide you with instructions to get started. If you are not a BCO member then please contact us to discuss the option of putting your research on the portal as an external supplier.
