Delivered by Relentless Developments in partnership with KKR and designed by Hodder+Partners, this striking city-centre landmark transformed a challenging, landlocked site into the first phase of the St Michael’s masterplan, setting a new standard for premium office design in Manchester.

Overcoming complex planning negotiations, heritage sensitivities, and construction challenges, the project showcases what’s possible when developer, architect, and contractor work in close collaboration.
