Terms & Conditions

Tickets for the event will not be issued until payment has been received in cleared funds.

Confirmation of booking: Bookings are only accepted with full payment in advance. Your table booking is not guaranteed until you have received written confirmation from Createvents. If you do not receive written confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on 01183 340085.

Cancellation policy: Due to contractual commitments with the venue and suppliers, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed. Substitutions of guests may be made at any time by notifying Createvents in writing.

Special dietary requirements: Instructions on how to order will be sent with your wine ordering information. Please complete and return the form as instructed. This form must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event; otherwise, charges will apply and it may not be possible to accommodate specific requirements.

Lighting and special effects: It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used at the event.

Alterations: It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as possible, and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.

Event cancellation: If we cancel the event, we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement.

Loss or damage: Our liability for loss or damage incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

Guest speaker: The guest speaker is subject to change as a consequence of illness, accident, or other reasons beyond our control. In such circumstances, a suitable replacement will be arranged.

Photography and filming: Please note that photography and filming may take place during the event. By attending, guests consent to being photographed and/or filmed, and to the use of such images and footage for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by the BCO and its partners. Guests who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should make themselves known to the event organisers on arrival.

Data protection: Personal data provided as part of your booking will be used for event administration and communication purposes only, in accordance with the BCO’s Privacy Policy. Dietary information will be shared securely with the venue/caterer solely for the purpose of meal preparation.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
