BCO NextGen London & SE: Q4 Market Update Webinar
The BCO NextGen London & SE committee is holding a property industry Q4 Market Update Webinar, hosted by Core Five. The webinar will offer a preview of what’s in store for the construction industry in 2026.
This session will explore the major drivers of construction costs, including materials and labour. It will examine the balance between demand (the appetite for building) and supply (the materials, people, and firms needed to deliver projects) to assess the impact on tender price inflation.
We’ll consider the macro indicators – GDP growth, inflation, the interest-rate cutting cycle, bond yields, and geopolitical wild cards. Along the way, we’ll tackle some big questions: Is the UK uniquely exposed to today’s macroeconomic challenges? And is 2026 shaping up to be a good year to buy?
This is a CPD accredited webinar and you will receive a certificate after the webinar takes place.
Learning outcomes – by attending this session participants will:
