The YASA New Headquarters marks the first fit-out at The Ranges at Bicester Motion, a purpose-built development designed to support innovative automotive and aviation companies. This project will deliver a state-of-the-art headquarters for YASA, the world’s leading developer of axial flux electric motor technology.

YASA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz and a spin-out from the University of Oxford, employs more than 400 people across multiple sites in Oxfordshire. Its workforce spans innovation, engineering, prototyping, operations, and business support functions.

Upon completion of the fit-out, many of these teams are set to relocate to Bicester Motion in 2026, bringing together a significant portion of YASA’s operations under one roof.

This panel discussion brings together the key stakeholders behind the project, including the developer’s project management representative IKS on behalf of Bicester Motion, tenant YASA, fit-out contractor Overbury, and MEP lead CPW. Chaired by project managers Buro Four, the session will provide insight into what it takes to successfully deliver a project of this scale in today’s challenging environment.
