BCO Oxford: Fabrica talk & tour

We are delighted to be able to offer an exclusive ‘in-construction’ tour of the evolving Fabrica building by Mission Street in the emerging West End cluster on Botley Road.

There will be no need for PPE as the Contractors will create a safe route for the tour, undertaken outside of site working hours.

This fantastic building, now looking resplendent in its new outfit (the cladding) will accommodate 180,000sqft of flexible lab/office space, together with a ground floor café and atrium.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Mission Street’s Colin Brown about the vision and design drivers for the building, followed by a tour to see it before it is completed and launched to the market early next year. The evening will culminate with some drinks at Inventa next door and a chance to network with industry peers.
