The building, which is let to global professional services firm KPMG, marks a significant milestone in the transformation of Sovereign Street into a vibrant and attractive commercial quarter. KPMG’s new major office has created a workplace for over 600 staff as well as client areas and training facilities with the central atrium space and top floor terrace creating a dialogue between the building and its surroundings. The completed design has enabled collaboration between all staff functions in the workplace, leading to knowledge-sharing across a range of flexible work settings.
