CONFERENCE 2026 | CHAIR'S WELCOME
As we have seen with the very successful Milan Conference and recently with Birmingham, Manchester and Dublin; The annual conference is one of the BCO’s annual flagship moments.
It brings together a convergence of the BCO memberships’ expertise, knowledge and industry insights. Combined with amazing debates and the opportunity to make brilliant connections. It’s not just a conference!
The fantastic mix of senior wisdom, brilliant young minds, multi-disciplinary knowledge and world class expertise is the once a year opportunity which we’re really keen to maximise in Edinburgh in 2026.
With today’s new ways of working there are new challenges as the office sector take on the complexity of designing and developing new models that need to integrate science, psychology, data, technology, sustainability and human-centred thinking.
In Edinburgh (and Glasgow) we want to set ourselves up to have an atmosphere of big ideas, new research, open discussions, and shared experiences.
We want the BCO industry leaders, innovators, and the next generation of workplace thinkers to come together to learn, challenge, debate and inspire.
An event that feels as dynamic as the workplaces we all aspire to create.
The Edinburgh Conference project team are looking forward to working across the membership, the regions, Nextgen and the BCO’s expert committees to shape the agenda to include immersive sessions, festival-style networking, a conference designed to engage, inspire, provoke discussion, drive collaboration and foster new connections.
