Occupying an entire floor of this landmark Brindleyplace building, the project represents the next chapter in Standard Life’s workplace journey – a bold transition from a traditional campus environment to a high‑performance, city‑centre hub designed to support organised hybrid working. The 2,333 m² Grade A fit out accommodates up to 1,250 colleagues within a flexible 250‑desk model, demonstrating how data‑led decision‑making can unlock both efficiency and experience.

The fit out delivers a collaboration‑first workplace, structured around a vibrant central hub with supporting quiet zones, meeting suites, focus spaces, and social areas. A diverse range of work settings are carefully zoned to promote connection, creativity, and productivity while maintaining inclusivity and choice for different working styles. Universal ergonomic provision, agile furniture solutions, and technology‑enabled spaces underpin a truly flexible workplace.
