BCO East Anglia Seminar: Designing for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the Workplace

How can we create inclusive workspaces that welcome and inspire a diverse workforce in today’s world? BCO East Anglia dive into this topic with a talk and panel discussion on how designing with DE&I in mind can increase staff wellbeing, productivity and creativity, whilst also improving recruitment, retention and company loyalty. Modern offices are no longer ‘one size fits all’ spaces, and careful consideration for disabilities, neurodiversity, mental health, gender, age, ethnicity, faith and culture is needed when designing a workspace.

The session will include a talk from the British semiconductor and software design company Arm, who have ambitious plans to create a truly inclusive workplace for their staff. With a global office portfolio and multicultural workforce, they bring a refreshing outlook to the table, as well as success stories from recent office fit out projects. We will conclude the talk with a panel session – with speakers from across our industry.

Refreshments and the opportunity to network with peers from across the office sector will be available.
