This first project on campus repurposes three existing buildings into state-of-the-art CL2 laboratory and office spaces, delivering around 170,000 sq ft of adaptable facilities. The adaptive re-use of structures, circular economy strategies, and low-carbon design have achieved a 40% reduction in embodied carbon compared to new build.
