BCO London & South East talk & tour: 20 Triton Street, Regent’s Place
Join us for an exclusive BCO talk & tour of the new British Land headquarters at 20 Triton Street, Regent’s Place. You will have the opportunity to hear directly from the client and design team. The project is conceived as a pioneer project for British Land’s evolving Sustainable Fit Out Guide, setting a benchmark for responsible, future-focused workplaces.
The design embodies a narrative of quiet luxury, reflecting the strength of the brand’s DNA and its longstanding heritage in shaping places of quality and permanence. Drawing inspiration from the architectural language of the building, the scheme carefully responds to its rhythm, materiality and proportion. Refined detailing, tactile natural materials and a restrained palette create a calm, elegant environment that prioritises longevity over trend. The scope includes efficient workspace planning, low-carbon materials, and circular design principles. Social, collaborative and restorative spaces are woven throughout, supporting contemporary patterns of work while reinforcing a sense of identity, stewardship and quiet confidence.
The project brought together Barr Gazetas and Thirdway Interiors, who worked collaboratively to create a cohesive headquarters tailored to British Land. Barr Gazetas was responsible for the design of the reception space, connecting atrium, meeting suites, boardroom and townhall facilities, while Thirdway designed the desk-based environments on the first and ground floors, and delivered the project.
The result is a workplace that champions sustainability, flexibility and thoughtful design, creating a headquarters that meets British Land’s needs today while supporting its ambitions for the future.
