At its heart is a 200,000 sq ft office building designed to meet the expectations of today’s occupiers, combining elegant contemporary architecture with a contextual design that reflects the character of the area’s Georgian terraces and mansion blocks. In addition, 41 high-quality residential for sale units were delivered with Native Land and Knight Harwood as fit-out contractor, plus 10 intermediate affordable units on Gloucester Place.
