Located in the heart of Marylebone, Metropolis delivers 174,000 sq ft of intelligently re‑purposed workspace, combining exceptional architecture, hospitality-led amenity and world-class sustainability credentials.

Originally built with a 1950s concrete frame, Metropolis has been reworked with a seven-storey cross-laminated timber extension, increasing its floor area by 40% while saving over 4,500 tonnes of embodied carbon. One of the few refurbished buildings to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, it represents a new benchmark for sustainable redevelopment.

Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), the building champions a new generation of experience-first, health-led workplaces, balancing efficiency with wellbeing to support productivity and happiness.
