BCO London Talk & Tour: Norton Folgate

The BCO London Committee are excited to invite you to an exclusive tour of Norton Folgate, a finalist in the BCO London Awards 2025!

Norton Folgate boasts a mix of Georgian and Victorian buildings set around historic cobbled courtyards and quiet streets, despite only being a short walk from Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations. The 335,000 sq ft mixed use scheme is made up of six buildings ranging in size from 15,000 to 130,000 sq ft.

BCO members will be given a presentation on the masterplan from the Client, British Land and the team before being led through a selection of buildings while hearing from the architects involved in the project.

AHMM was appointed as masterplanner, designing three buildings – Blossom Yard & Studios, Nicholls and Clarke, and Loom Court. Stanton Williams, Morris + Company, and DSDHA designed Elder Yard and Studios, 15 Norton Folgate, and 16 Blossom Street respectively, with East leading the public realm strategy.
