Set against the stunning backdrop of the South Bank, the evening begins with a drinks reception and canapés, followed by the 2025 NextGen Awards presentation. After celebrating this year’s exceptional finalists and winners, guests can enjoy a variety of bowl food and indulgent desserts, all in a setting designed to encourage meaningful networking and conversation. While the reception will be standing to foster mingling and networking, seating will be provided throughout the venue for your comfort.

NextGen Rising Stars (Regional Awards)
Recognising outstanding professionals (35 and under) who are making a significant impact within their regions and organisations.

Graduate of the Year
Celebrating a graduate who is already shaping the future of the workplace through innovation and contribution.

Employer of the Year
Honouring companies that champion and invest in the development, wellbeing, and success of their NextGen employees.

Impact Award
Highlighting individuals who are delivering meaningful progress in areas such as social value, community engagement, and inclusion.

Inspirational Leader of the Year
Awarded to a senior figure who demonstrates exceptional leadership and mentorship of emerging talent.

Outstanding Contribution to BCO NextGen
A one-off anniversary award recognising any individual who has made a lasting contribution to the success of BCO NextGen over the past decade.
