BCO NextGen East Anglia: Reformer Pilates & Coffee Morning

Join the BCO for a wellness morning in one of Cambridge’s newest & thriving developments, Eddington for a morning of reformer pilates at the newly opened R3FORM Studio.

One of the biggest reform studios in the UK, you will take part in a class designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture through a full-body, low-impact workout. Following this we will head over the road to douce for a refuel of coffee and pastries and a chance to network.
