BCO NextGen Ideas Project Finalist Showcase 2025

In early July, our six finalists began their high-impact public speaking training with Ginger Leadership Communications. The transformative workshop challenged our aspiring leaders to build their communication confidence and find their own voice

We are pleased to invite you to join us at our final showcase event — the moment our finalists have been waiting for. Each will deliver a full 8-minute TED-style talk to a live audience, where they can flex their newfound skills and share their thought-provoking ideas with the wider industry. To avoid pitching them against each other and to celebrate their achievements, there will be no overall winner — this is an evening to celebrate the accomplishments of our NextGen community.

All BCO members & non-members are welcome to join us HawkinsBrown offices for this exciting finale and to support our finalists as they put their public speaking training to the test.

Tickets include refreshments, with ample networking opportunities before and after the talks. There will be seated and standing room available during the presentations.
