Join us on the morning of 14 October at 80 Charlotte Street for the next event in our ‘Let’s Talk About’ series, Let’s talk about…disability-inclusive workplaces, hosted by Arup.

This session will explore how inclusive design shapes disability-inclusive workplaces both in concept and in practice.

Arup is proud to host this event as part of its commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. As a Clear Assured Gold Standard organisation, Arup embeds EDI across its culture, from recruitment to accessible workplace design, to create environments where everyone can thrive.

The venue, 80 Charlotte Street, reflects this approach. Developed by Derwent London, a commercial developer known for its design-led office spaces, the building balances accessibility with architectural ambition. Derwent worked with inclusive design specialists Motionspot on a full access review, resulting in thoughtful interventions that support a wide range of physical, cognitive and sensory needs.

The morning begins with a keynote from James Taylor, co-founder of Motionspot, sharing insights into the evolving role of inclusive design in today’s workplaces.
