BCO NextGen London Talk & Tour: 224 St John Street

Join us for a breakfast Talk & Tour of 224 St John Street, the recently completed retrofit of an old factory that is Thirdway’s new HQ.

The building sits in a conservation area and has been comprehensively repositioned through a deep retrofit. Designed by Anomaly, Thirdway Group’s architecture practice, and delivered by Thirdway Interiors, the project brings together the expertise of the entire Thirdway Group. The result is a building that combines decarbonisation, a striking new façade, roof terrace, and hospitality-led interior design to create a welcoming, supportive workspace – ‘a Home for the Office’.

Over breakfast, the project team will share the design brief, key challenges and lessons learned from the transformation, before leading a tour of the completed building.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and network with fellow BCO members.
