BCO NextGen North talk & tour: Rose Wharf
Join the BCO NextGen committee for a special panel discussion and tour at Rose Wharf, one of Leeds’ most distinctive office conversion projects. Originally a flax mill, it was converted into offices in the late 1990s by Caddick Developments. The Grade II former mill has undergone a subsequent transformation following a refurbishment led by Caddick and Design Tonic repositioning Rose Wharf as a best-in-class CAT A offer for the modern Leeds occupier.
This BCO North panel discussion brings together the key parties behind the project: the developer Caddick Developments, leasing agent Carter Towler, interior designer Design Tonic and anchor tenant Curtins, for a frank and practical conversation about what it really takes to reposition a heritage office building and win occupiers whilst testing the traditional CAT A model in today’s market.
Following the panel discussion join us for a drink and post-event networking at The Canary in Leeds Dock, kindly sponsored by Design Tonic.
