BCO North Talk & Tour: Plot 9a
Join the BCO North Committee for a journey around Ask’s First Street development and a tour of their latest project, Plot 9a. This 9-storey next generation office building is a Grade A BREEAM Excellent office building, with a 5.5 NABERS ‘Design Reviewed’ Target Rating and home to the Government Property Agency Hub.
The event will include a tour of the completed building, where you can hear from the developer, the tenant, architect and engineering consultant and learn more about the role and impact of this building within First Street development and its communities. We will will hear from Ask Real Estate, GPA, Cundall and Jon Matthews Architects. We will complete the event with a summer social at a local venue.
Due to the nature of its future tenant, the event will have limited space, so please make sure you book in advance.
